Erin Burnett (born in the United States) is an American journalist and news anchor and currently hosts her own CNN program "Erin Burnett's Outfront". She was previously a host and coanchor on CNBC for the show, "Squawk" on the Street" and "Street Signs" in addition to being the co-anchor. Since she's appeared in a myriad of news shows, many people know her. While appearing in a few episodes of 'The Celebrity Apprentice' Burnett has served as an advisor for Donald Trump. Her analytical and dynamic skills in reporting have helped set her apart as a news anchor. Burnett's "Erin Burnett Outfront" is a live broadcast throughout Mali, Afghanistan and Rwanda. She also reported from Israel, United Arab Emirates, Israel, Rwanda and Mali. In addition reports, she also has reported from other countries such as China and Pakistan. Burnett received the title "International Superstar" by NBC due to her numerous documentaries filmed outside United States. Certain of her reports as well as documentaries were shot in India, Libya, Russia, Nigeria, Jordan and many other countries. Her focus has been on reporting from Middle East countries. In addition to reporting, she has also been part of the Council on Foreign Relations.
